Biography
Bekir Gavrankapetanović is a partner in the GK Joint Legal Practice and constitutes the third generation of one of the oldest law offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is practicing law for more 10 years. He is a member of the Federal Bar association and Regional Bar association of Sarajevo, and a member of MENSA BiH.
Bekir’s specialization includes commercial law, property law, obligation law, criminal law, inheritance proceedings, copyright and related rights and intellectual property. In his career he consulted and represented a large number of private citizens and domestic and international companies. He also consulted and represented many NGO’s including international foundations, associations and trade unions in the registration process and their internal work processes.

Representation of individuals and legal entities before courts at all levels (Municipal Courts, Cantonal Courts, Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina), before administrative bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in mediation proceedings.
