Damir Koldžo is a senior partner and founder of the GK Joint Legal Practice, and he has been practicing law for more than 40 years, starting his career in the year 1983 at the law office of dr. Vladmir Marić. He was a judge at the Municipality Court in Sarajevo in the period from 1988 till 1992. He is a member of the Federal Bar association and Regional Bar association of Sarajevo.

Damir's specialization is corporate or company law, general commercial law, labor law, family law, criminal law, property law and medical law.

In his career, he has conducted a large number of cases for companies, foreign entities and individuals before all levels of courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has consulted many domestic and international companies in restructuring procedures, status changes, resolving their labor law problems, as well as other organizational issues. He has represented legal and natural persons in the field of medical law.

Damir has also represented large companies and individuals in criminal cases considered to be economic and business crimes.
