Biography
Emir Kukić is a partner in the GK Joint Legal practice, ans he is practicing law for more then 20 years. He is a member of the Federal Bar association and Regional Bar association of Sarajevo. At the present he is a member of the Verification commission of the Regional Bar association Sarajevo.
Emir’s specialization is labor law, obligation law-damage reimbursment and commercial law. In his career he consulted and represented many private citizens, as well as large labor trade unions, domestic and international companies in front of all levels of courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Representation of individuals and legal entities before courts at all levels (Municipal Courts, Cantonal Courts, Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina), before administrative bodies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in mediation proceedings.
