Džemila Gavrankapetanović is a partner in the GK Joint Legal Practice and constitutes the third generation of one of the oldest law offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is practicing law for more then 19 years. She is a member of the Federal Bar association and Regional Bar association of Sarajevo. At the present moment she is an elected member of the Board of directors of the Regional Bar association of Sarajevo.

Džemila’s specialization is corporate or company law and commercial law in general, Copyright and related rights, Intellectual property, Labor law and Family law. In her career she consulted and represented a large number of domestic and international companies in court cases, in carrying out complex procedures in business restructuring, statutory changes, handling their labor legal problems, as well as other organizational issues. She also represented many private citizens in court proceedings in front of all levels of courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Džemila also represented large companies and individuals in criminal cases which are considered economic crimes and commercial crimes.
